Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of edupango, including but not limited to our proprietary color and symbol-coded grammar method, blog articles, illustrations, and software, are the exclusive property of EDUPANGO UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and are protected under German and international copyright law (UrhG) as well as EU trademark law. The edupango mark is the subject of a pending EU trade mark application (EUIPO). Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EDUPANGO UG (haftungsbeschränkt) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
